Make sure your passport is valid for 6 months AFTER your return flight to the United States, for the majority of attendees this means your passport needs to be valid through the 9th of June, 2026, unless you extend your stay. Your plane tickets for this event are completely paperless, it will be delivered to you in the form of an e-mail confirmation.

Upon arrival, proceed through customs and immigration. Our event transportation staff will greet you outside the terminal. Look for signs with the event logo or your group name.
